  Visitors like the atmosphere and come with kids and again on a date. The recurring criticisms: fewer artisans than hoped in some categories (lots of jewellery and candles), pricey street food and a disappointing mulled wine — several recommend the hot cider instead.

  Worth an evening in the Quartier des spectacles for the atmosphere, especially between Christmas and New Year — eat in the neighbourhood and order the hot cider.
